Room 9 will be a positive learning environment for everyone.
 
To make this happen, students will:
   come to school prepared to learn. 
   treat everyone with respect.
   encourage and support others.
   look for opportunities to learn new things and take chances.
   help keep our room and school clean.

As the teacher, I will:
   respect my students.
   listen to their needs, concerns, and ideas.
   support every student with their learning.
   find exciting, fun, and challenging activities for our class.
   work to create a community of learning, friendship, and responsibility.

Parents will:
   help their child come to school ready to learn.
   support their child in their learning.
   support the teacher in her efforts with their child and others.
   actively communicate with the teacher.
   support the Toyon community as needed.
